Hot Stain Remover from EaCo Chem is a powerful, high pH alkaline cleaning product designed to remove stains from all kinds of masonry. It easily removes petroleum-based oils, food-based oils, and heavy carbon deposits from metal, wood, stone, bricks, and more. Without altering the surface, this product is also effective for grout and tile floors, bringing shine back into their look.

Wear goggles and chemical-resistant gloves to take caution with this product. Do not get into the eyes, on skin, or clothing, and avoid wearing contact lenses while using this product.

For extremely difficult stains, use the Hot Stain remover undiluted. For less saturated messes, diulte with 10 parts water to 1 part chemical. Make sure you pre-wet the surface before applying, and use a low-pressure applicator for a strong dilution, and a downstream injector at low pressure for a mild solution. Scrubbing with a nylon brush is recommended.

Do not allow the product to dry onto a surface. Rinse with low pressure and cold water.
